Payment

All payments must be paid in advance and must be paid at the start of each billing period via relevant payment method.

Billing Period

The minniSites service and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged to your account. We may temporarily suspend your service if you fail to pay us on time or if we are unable to collect payment from you. We will inform you that we are suspending your service due to payment not taking place. The suspension will continue for as long as all uncollected amounts which are due to us have been paid by you. The billing period commences once the agreed work starts.

Cancellation

You can cancel your minniSites website at any time and will continue to have access to the service until the end of your billing period.

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial billing periods.
